Challenges:
While we have experienced growth and success this year, we have also encountered a few challenges:
- Engagement with Younger Generations: Although our youth programs are thriving, we have identified a need to engage young adults and families more effectively in our worship services and community events. We plan to explore new ways to reach this demographic through targeted outreach and modernised

programming such as making sure we have more time in bible study.
- Financial Stability and Long-term Sustainability: Although we have had a stable year financially, we recognize the need for continued growth in our income to support expanded programs and future building projects. The Trustees are committed to identifying new sources of revenue and increasing the sustainability of our church finances.
Plans for 2025:
Looking ahead, the Trustees have outlined several key goals and projects for 2025:
1. Expanding Service Programs:
We aim to broaden our community outreach efforts by establishing new partnerships and extending our support to additional local charities, and food banks.
2. Create Digital Presence and Online Worship:
- Building on our successful hybrid services, we plan to create our digital ministry, offering more resources such as online Bible studies, virtual prayer groups, and expanded social media engagement to connect with a wider audience such as Facebook.
3. Facility Expansion and Upgrades:
At the moment we are renting a small hall to worship every Sundays. We are exploring options for expanding our worship space to accommodate our growing congregation. Additionally, we plan to
