Good evening and welcome to the second Reachout Bimiingham AGM. In the last year Reachout
Birmingham has built a strong foundation and was able to caprtalise on its regisleied charity
Status. We have $lrengthened our relationship with Fareshare and Nei9hbourfy who both donate
surplus amb1ent food to our charity. We also formed a relationship with Greggs.
AS a Charity, I believe we are still add1ng value and delivering a valuable S@Ni￿ to the homeless
and vulnerable in Birmingham city centre.
During each outreach event we Serve approximately 80 hotmeals140 vegetarian. 40 meatl. We
also provide sandwiches.p8sties, snacks, cakes & hotl¢o1d clrinks as well as Warm dothing &
male/female essential toiletries, Sleeping bags and emergency blankets.
In the event we should run out of food and we leel an ind¢¥Klual is in need we will provide an
emergency Greggs voucher which will provide them a hot drink, sandwch and cake.

The Chair read out the report (attached) Treasurer’s report – The accounts cover the period 01/04/24 to 31/03/25. 

Opening bank balance £2412.19. Closing bank balance £5240.34. Net Income £2828.15 

The accounts were agreed as correct by attending Trustees 

AOB – Martin Clee has decided to step down from his role as trustee and treasurer as from 31/12/2025. We would like to thank him for his support over the last 4 years.
