Activities
Whispaws Animal Sanctuary rescues and rehabilitates street dogs in Serbia, providing medical care, food, and shelter. We focus on rehoming dogs in loving, permanent homes locally and internationally. Our mission also includes community education to promote animal welfare and responsible pet ownership, aiming to reduce the number of street dogs and enhance their quality of life.
Objects: For The Benefit Of The Public To Relieve The Suffering Of Animals In Serbia Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention And, In Particular, To Provide Shelter Or Sanctuary For Animals Which Are In Need Of Medical Attention; Providing Medical Treatment For Animals And Actively Seeking New Homes For “Rescued” Animals. To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals By Providing Appropriate Care, Protection, Treatment And Security For Animals Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage And To Educate The Public In Matters Pertaining To Animal Welfare In General And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
