**Charity Objectives:** For the public benefit, the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, illhealth, disability, financial hardship, or another social and economic disadvantage in Sub-Saharan Africa through the implementation of evidence-based interventions, in collaboration with charities and/or other organizations, designed to provide grants of financial assistance, food, items, and services to individuals in need. 

**Summary of Main Activities** : We have successfully completed the registration process; however, we have not yet begun operations because we are working on securing the necessary funding to implement our programs. We remain committed to our mission and are actively engaging with potential partners, donors, and stakeholders to mobilize resources. Once we secure funding, we will begin our activities in alignment with our goals to create a meaningful impact.
