Trustee selection methods:  Under the Constitution, the Trustees are the Pastor(s), Elders and Deacons of the Church. Details of the appointment and voting procedures and eligibility criteria for each of these offices are set out in the Church Handbook. 

## **Objectives** 

The objectives of the Church are: 



- a) the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Cowplain, Waterlooville, Portsmouth and the surrounding neighbourhood; and 

- b) such other charitable purposes as shall, in the opinion of the charity trustees, put into practice the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith. 

## **Achievements and performance** 

An unincorporated charity (Cowplain Evangelical Church, Registered Charity No. 1150603) has carried out the activities of the church in the furtherance of the purposes of the charity and Cowplain Evangelical Church (Registered Charity No. 1202826) will take over these activities following the transfer of assets to Cowplain Evangelical Church (Registered Charity No. 1202826). 

**Note:** The transfer took place on the 1[st] April 2025 (the day after the end of this reporting period)

There were no receipts, payments or assets for the charity in the year.
