The average number of Attendees<br>was 25 people per session.<br>The attendees feedback post the<br>workshops was that they noticed better<br>capacity to tolerate uncertainty, and<br>manage stress better, anxiety, worry and<br>low mood better, noticing an improvement<br>in mood and motivation , and engagement<br>in pleasurable, social and relational<br>activities.|





Other attendees reported that they found the workshops beneficial, particularly that they felt equipped with practical strategies which they were implementing. Further reported benefit for wider society included improved productivity, improved sleep, reduced reliance on mainstream NHS health services as before for stress related symptoms, and reduced sick leave days from work.
