Activities

Mental wellbeing workshops in schools, prisons, hospitals and other adult settings. We offer two highly interactive sessions: Core, which introduces our SCALES model (Sleep, Creative, Active, Listen, Earth, Social); and Encore, which takes a deeper dive into these concepts and offers more detail. All people may benefit from our work, but it is especially effective for Year 5 pupils.

Objects: For The Public Benefit The Advancement Of Health And Relief Of Need Among Adults And Children Experiencing Or At Risk Of Poor Mental Health By Providing Workshops And Other Structured Activities Using Music And Other Creative Outlets To Educate And Demonstrate Creativity In Supporting Positive Mental Health.
