STARTING AGAIN Registration No 1202806 

I am sorry I am late with this report.   I have had Long Covid. Sadly  I had to close down the charity, as with my affliction, it has been very difficult for me to cope with all the bureaucracy. I did send an email in response to an email from David Holdsworth on the 3[rd] March 2026, but did not receive an acknowledgement or response. 

I have contacted CAF Bank today (April 8[th] ) and spoke to Jessica.  Because the charity and the account has closed down they were unable to give me any information. 

They did inform me that the last activity on the Charity’s bank account was for a £5 fee on the 15[th] of August 2024. 

As you will see I did start the process of closing down the charity some time ago, and on your public record it is indeed closed down. 

Jessica did inform me that if the Charity Commission wanted to find out any figures of the charity’s earlier expenditure or income, then you could approach CAF Bank who were the charity’s banker.  This may be essential, because, as I have said, bizarrely, I was informed that they are unable to give them to me because of the account being closed. I spent a very long time today, discussing that with them.  I ,the chairman and founder of the late charity give you full permission to ask for any details, but you will find there is no income or expenditure during that last reporting period.
