Legal & Administration** Fawziyah Javed Foundation is a registered charity (No. 1202805) as an association and is situated at 61 Bridge Street, Kingston, HR5 3DJ ## **2. Covenance and management** There are upto 4 trustees: Night Yasmin Javed Junaid Sohail Nellee Maan Shahid Farouk 3. There is a management committee, which ensures all decisions, and activities are taken under its auspices. The Fawziyah Javed Foundation objectives are: Fot the public benefit to relieve the needs of persons who are bereaved and sffering from grief, those in disadvantage communities, the poor, destitute and vulnerable in relief of poverty, sickness and distress and in particular by the provisions of grants, advice, guidance and other support services. ## **4. Achievements** As it is seen in the enclosed documents the charity has been performing well in adhering to its objectives providing socio-cultural services and fund raising via its collection volunteers, teams, and other events. ## **5. Financial Review** The Fawziyah Javed Foundation finances and performance have been strong with a reasonable system of record keeping and financial controls along with a good relationship with donors who are set to continue financing the charity ## **6.
