Page 2 of 2 Future lans The group will continue its walking programme and work on developing a wider community base offering walks and talks to established groups both in Leamington and the wider area. However a shorter walks programme is now being planned to end in September 2025. We hope particularly to work with Dementia Care groups in offering opportunities for reminiscence. We have started work with the Warwick District Council to support their community based talks programme and aiin to continue this throughout 2025. We also plan to further develop the website. Our finances Our operations are mainly financed through public donations, income from private booked walks and grants. We aim to keep our costs to a minimum in order to continue to provide a free walks service. Structure overnance and mana ement As a very small charity we are able to manage with a board of five trustees. Two of the tiustees act as guides and talk presenters and are supported by six volunteers. Five of these volunteers act as guides and one provides administrative support to the Trustee Board and the walks programme. Trustee recruitment Fortunately we have been able to maintain our original trustees from last year and hold regular meetings to discuss progress and make improvements as necessary.
