Our accounts were prepared initially without realising that a new account should be made from the date Ryedale Environmental Group became the CIO Ryedale Environment Group (REG) on 19 April 2023. We had expected this to be in December 2022. Our cash and assets were transferred into the new CIO. 2. Our accounts are a banking reconciliation system and these were approved at the AGM 2024 3. On submitting the accounts in the form required by the Charity Commission Income for the period 19 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 our bank accounts were checked to apportion from the income and expenditure for the whole period to the date from which we became a charity and this gives the following adjusted figures - a. Income £1106 - b. Spending £1230 - c. Donations £61 - d. Charitable activities £1045 4.
