consultanls for the chaThJe of use
applu1￿ on Ihe new site. The change of
use will be to rreet the needs of the local
people arsd to provide a hub educalron,
spifilual devek)pment and essential social
support.

important for the elderly within the
communty who are living in Isolation as il
will provKJe a safe environment where they

bank to support those on bthv income, the
ekledy and single parent families struggling
due lo the rL8ing costs of Siving.
In addition, for edLulDnal developmenl
the ¢entre hopes lo piovKle homework
clubs, youth actNilEs and other workshops
for the benefrt of local people.
