REVIEW OF THE YEAR'S ACTIVITIES (FEBRUARY 2024 . JANUARY 2025)
This past year has focused on consolidating the relationships we have built over the last
two years with Mobilise Global. This has included trips to England, Lesotho, and Tanzania

MOBILISE GLOBAL
TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 1$1 FEBRUARY 2025
to strengthen existing partnerships, as well as hosting two conferences in South Africa that
brought together established leaders for encouragement and training.
We have continued online training, teaching the theological course to a group of 20
leaders in Myanmar.
Our Heart of a Leader material, developed last year, has been further ref1ned and used to
train over 50 leaders in South Africa and 20 in Mozambique. We also conducted an online
version of the course that included leaders from South Africa, Lesotho, the UK, and
Mozambique.
Additionally, we attended a conference in Armenia, where we neMorked wilh various
groups working in several Arabic-speaking nations. This provided valuable insight into the
possibility of engaging in that region in the future.
A particularty significant week was spent in Mozambique, where we have been involved in
training for the past three years. We were encouraged to hear that those previously trained
have been diligently training others over the last two years, resulting in over 300 pastors
receiving training across various cities in Mozambique. They have now developed their
own group of trainers who are able to continue teaching and expanding the work.
Those we trained in Mozambique have also developed important connections with
government representatives responsible for church oversight. They are working to address
the issue of 70 % of churches in that nation remaining unregistered, largely because many
pastors lack required theological qualifications. During our September 2024 trip, we met
with the pastors appointed by the Mozambique government to oversee this process. As a
result, our Iheological course has now been accredited by the government. allowing
anyone trained through our programme to pursue church registration. The first group
requesting training comes from Maracuene, a district in the capital city, Maputo, where
4,000 pastors have expressed a desire to receive training.
PLANS FOR THE COMING YEAR
The key objectives to be addressed during the coming year {2025-26) are-.
Increase travel to establish trainers in the countries we are working in.
Planned trips include..
Myanmar
Dubai
United Kingdom
Tanzania
Malawi
Pakistan
Mozambique
Slrengthen relationships with churches and individuals in these regions.
Support previously trained leaders as they begin training others.
Conduct first-time training events with new partners we are building relationships
with.

FUNDRAISING
The main source of funds for the charity this year has been regular giving, mainly through
standing order and cash donations. The charity relies on the giving of our generous donors
who agree with our strategy of educating, mentoring and coaching of Christian leaders to
enable them to thrive as leaders.
RISK ASSESSMENT
The trustees acknowledge their responsibility for identifying and managing risks that could
impact the operations and sustainability of the charity. While a formal risk register has not
yet been developed, the trustees are in the process of assessing key risks across
financial, operational, governance, and reputational areas.
In the interim, the trustees actively monitor potential risks through regular discussions and
financial oversight, taking a proactive approach to mitigating any identified threats. A
formal risk register will be established within the 2025126 financial year to systematically
document, assess, and manage risks, ensuring the charity's resilience and ability to fulfill
its objectives.
The trustees remain committed to good govemance and will continue to review and
strengthen risk management processes as the charity grows.
TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT
Trustees are appointed by the existing trustees following the provisions laid out in the
organisation's governing instrument through a process of personal recommendation.
informal interview and trustees, vote.

past meeting minutes, which includes financial updating. Trustees are also made aware of
the charity's policies.

trustee. He attends trustee meetings, working closely with the other trustees. He is also
