TRUSTEES REPORT 2022-2023
The Trustees present their report and unaudited financial statements for the year ended
1 st February 2024.
The financial statements comply with current statutory requirements and the Statement
of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by Charities, Issued In March

Mobilise Global was incorporated on 11 th April 2023 as a CIO
OWECTS AND ACTivrriES
The summary of the objects of the charity set out in Its governing document are:
(a) The advancement of the Christian religion by providing education, mentoring and
coaching of Christian leaders In South Africa and such other parts of the world as the
charity trustees may from time to time decide
Summary of the main activities
The main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to fulfilling the objects of
the charity are as follows:
(a) Launching Mobilise Global as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
(b) Developing and printing materials for use in the training of church leaders in the UK,
South Africa and other regions around the world.
(c) Setting up and conducting training sessions for church leaders to equip them in
training others.
PUBLIC BENEFIT STATEMENT
The trustees of the charity have had due regard for the guidance on public benefit as
issued by the Charity Commission when making decisions or exercising any powers in
relation to the Objects of the Charity and the activities that the charity undertakes. The
trustees have agreed the following statement: "We the Trustees of Mobilise Global have
had due regard to the Commission's Public Benefit Guidance when preparing this report."
VOLUNTEER CONTrIBUTION
With one paid member of staff, much of the work of Mobilise Global work is undertaken
by volunteers. This includes the trustees and graphic designers.

REVIEW OF THE YEAR'S ACTIVITIES (APRIL 2023 - FEBRUARY 2024)
Mobilise Global was established as an official UK charity. This has included working with
charity specialists in order to develop all of the required paperwork and training to
implement safeguarding procedures. A professional website has been set up along with
social media channels that highlight the work of the charity and gives access to the
resources produced and allows donations to the charity. In order to raise awareness of
the charity, three trips to the UK have been undertaken, meeting with churches and
conducting personal rn￿tings with over 20 church leaders.
Four theological training courses have been completed online. training over 60 pastors
from around the world.
In person training conferences have been completed in South Africa. Zambia, Malawi and
Tanzania, training over 100 pastors in total.
Additional new materials have b￿n developed for those particularly requiring training in
pastoral leadership.
PLANS FOR THE COMING YEAR
The key objectives to be addressed during the coming year (2024-25) are:
Print and trial new material about Pastoral Leadership
Continue training courses online to reach multiple locations
Enable those trained to go on and train others with this material
Revisit connections in the UK to enable further fundraising and training
Set up and conduct training conferences in South Africa, Tanzania and
Mozambique
Attend a conference of church leaders in Armenia focused on working in the
Arabic-influenced world
Hold a gathering of teachers to understand the needs for new material and
training.
FUNDRAISING

The main source of funds for the charity this year has been regular giving, mainly through
standing order and cash donations. The charity relies on the giving of our generous
donors who agree with our strategy of educating, mentoring and coaching of Christian
leaders to enable them to thrive as leaders.
RISK ASSESSMENT
The trustees acknowledge their responsibility for identitying and managing risks that could
Impact the operations and sustainability of the charity. While a formal risk register has not
yet been developed, the trustees are in the process of assessing key risks across
financial, operational. governance, and reputational areas.
In the Interim, the trustees actively monitor potential risks through regular discussions and
financial oversight. taking a proactive approach to mitigating any Identified threats A
formal risk register will be established within the next 12 months to systematically
document, assess. and manage risks, ensunng the charity's resilience and ability to fulfill
Its objectives.
The trustees remain committed to good governance and will continue to review and
strengthen risk management processes as the charity grows.
TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT
Trustees are appointed by the existing trustees following the provisions laid out in the
organisation's governing instrument through a process of personal recommendation,
informal interview and trustees, vote.
New trustees are provided with a copy of the charity's constitution and given access to
past meeting minutes, which includes financial updating. Trustees are also made aware of
the charity's policies.
ORGANISATION
Mobilise Global is led by a CEO who was a founder member of the charity and is also a
trustee. He attends trustee meetings, working closely with the other trustees. He is also
the main person responsible for educating, mentoring and coaching of church leaders.
Trustees hold at least two planned meetings per year. Meetings are not necessarily face
to face with all trustees present and may include video conferencing facilities, such as
Zoom, Teams and FaceTime, where ne￿SSary due to geographical proximity. In addition,
email or WhatsApp correspondence is used when issues need to be addressed urgently
and/or extra meetings are arranged.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The year ending 1" February 2024 recorded net receipts of £7,518 all of which is in
unrestricted funds. The closing cash balance stands at £5,301 of unrestricted funds.
The generosity of members of the public and churches means that Mobilise Global is in a
strong and viable financial position to enable the work of providing education, mentoring
and coaching of Christian leaders to continue.
RESERVES POLICY
The trustees recognise the importance of maintaining adequate reserves to ensure the
financial sustainability and long term stability of Mobilise Global. As the charity is still in
the process of developing a formal reserves policy, the trustees are actively assessing the
organisation's financial needs, risks and future obligations to determine an appropriate
level of reserves.
At present the charity aims to build reserves sufficient to cover essential operational costs
and unforeseen contingencies, ensuring that the charity can continue to deliver the
charitable objectives effectively. The trustees are committed to reviewing the reserves
policy regularly and expect to establish a formal policy within the next 12 months.
Until the formal reserves policy is in place, the trustees will carefully monitor the charity's
financial position and ensure that funds are managed prudently to safeguard its activities.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS

The charity's total annual income for the financial year April 11 2023 to February 1" 2024
was less than £25,000 therefore the Charity Commission does not mandate an
independent examination of the charity's accounts.
