experiencing mental health challenges, particularly th08e from refugee,
asylum sg&ker, 8nd immigrant backgrounds. We provide a holistle
programme that includes therapeutic activities Such as Yogc1, art and

ther8ples. These servlces have helped foster emotional heallng, bulld
resllience, and rttduee isolation among our members.
We are proud to see a sleady and m8aningful increase in membership,
reflecting both th8 growing n88d for our services and the positive impact
of our work. We now re¢giv8 r8gular r8ferrals from community m8ntsl
health le8ms, GP praclicgs, and psychiatric wards. und&rscoring the trust
placed In us by health professionals.
Our centr8 has bocom6 a welcomlng, 8afe, and joyful $pac8 not only for
women bul also foi Ihelr chlldren. By offering a nurturing environment for
both mothers and Ihelr Illlle ones, we support the well-being of entire
famllle8. Many of our members now recommend our club lo others, which
speaks volumes about the value and impact of the community we have
bulll together.
The Charity alm Is to build up free reserves lo between there 2nd six

Independent Examlner's Report to the Trustees of Yaran Charlty
I report to the trustees on my examlnatlon of the accounts of Yaran Charlty I'the charltll for
the year ended 30 March 2025 whlch comprlse the summary of receipts and payments and
the statement of assets and liabilitles.
This report is made solely to the charitls trustees, as a body, in accordance wlth sectlon 145
of the Charlties Act 2011. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the charity's
trustees those matters l am required to state to them in this report and for no other purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibllity to anyone
other than the charity and the charity's trustees as a bodyi for my work, for thls report, or for
the opinlons I have formed.
Responslbllltles and basls of report
As the trustees of the charlty you are responslble for the preparatlon of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l,
I report in respect of my examination of the charitvs accounts carried out under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examlnatlon I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Art.
An independent examination does not involve gathering all the evidence that would be
required In an audit and consequently does not cover all the matters that an audltor conslders
in giving their oplnion on the accounts. The planning and conduct of an audit goes beyond the
limited assurance that an independent examination can provlde. Consequently, l express no
audit opSnlon on the accounts and my report Is limited to those speclflc matters set out in the
independent examinerfs statement.
Independent examinerfs statement
I have completed my examination, I conflrm that no material matters have come to my
attention In connection with the examinatlon giving me cause to believe that in any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charlty as required by section 130
of the Act,, or
> the accounts do not accord wlththose records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters In connection wlth the
examination to which attention Should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
