Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe maln achlevements of the charlty during the year Our charity has made significant stiides in supporting women experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those from refuge asylum seek¢r, and immigrant backgr()unds. We provide a holistic prorne that includes therapeutic activities such as Yog4 art and craft sessions, and access to professional wunselling and talking therapies. These services have helped foster emotional healin& build resilience, and reduce isolation among our members. We 8re proud to see a steady and meaningful increase in membership, reflecting both tbe growing need for our services alld the positive in]pact of our work. We now receive regular referrals from community mental health teams. GP practices, and psychiatric wards, underscoring the trust placed in us by health professionals. Our centre has become a welcomÈng, safe, and joyful space not only for women but also for their children. By offering a nurturing environnient frir both mothers and their little ones, we support the w¢ll-b¢ing of entire families. Many of our members now recommend ow club to others, which speaks volumes about the value and impact of the community we have built together. TAR March 2012
