The CIO has never received any money or other assets of any kind nor has it
ever spent any money or disposed of any assets.
Report
As suggested in the report to 2nd December 2024 the Trustees (who are the
only members) decided the project was no longer necessary and therefore
held a general meeting on 23rd August where members voted to close the
CIO. A submission to close the CIO was made to the Charity Commission on
24th August 2026.
The Trustees have authorised this report and accounts.
