Annual Return to 2nd December 2024 for Normandy Dean Green CIO Charity Registration Number 1202594 Report of the Trustees During the period the Trustees obtained an informal offer of a contract with Bury Council for the management of the plot of land bordering Dean Strt and Normandy Crescent in Radcliffe, Manchester. The Trustees are not confident that the terms offered can be met by Normandy Dean Green. The Trustees are consulting those interested in the CIO before reaching a final decision as to whether to try to continue or whether to wind up the CIO. Given that the sole activity during the period has been negotiating with Bury Council the Trustees have done all the work themselves, each covering their own expenses. Annual Accounts Since its inception the Charity has neither received any income nor made any expenditure. At the end of the period it had no assets or liabilities.
