Report of the Trustees
Durinq the period the sole objective of the Trustees was to
work towards obtaining a contract with Bury Council for the
manaqement of the plot of land borderinq Dean Street and
Normandy Crescent in Radcliffe, Manchester. The Trustees
are satisfied with the progress that has been made: a finn
offer is now expected from Bury Council towards the end of
2024 or early in 2025. The Trustees decided it would be
problematic to start raising money until they had received
a firm offer from the Council, so no money was raised
durinq the period. Given that the sole activity during the
period has been neqotiatinq with Bury Council the Trustees
have done all the work themselves, each covering their own
expenses.
Annual Accounts
Since its inception the Charity has neither received any
income nor made any expenditure. At the end of the period
it had no assets or liabilities.
This annual report and accounts was approved by Trustees
on 12th September 2024 and the Chair was authorised to
sign and submit it to the Charity Commission.
