Organizatonal Establishment: `o` Successfully registered Cape Maclear Learning and Development (CMLD) as a Charitable Incorporated Organisaton (CIO) with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. `o` Registered CMLD as a Non- Governmental Organisaton (NGO) in Malawi. `o` Opened dedicated CMLD bank accounts with Metro Bank PLC in the UK and Natonal Bank of Malawi in Malawi. `o` Obtained dedicated CMLD phone numbers in both the UK and Malawi. `o` Developed and launched the CMLD website (CMLD.org). 2. Programs and Initatves: `o` Established a formal selecton process for assistng students from government primary schools, ensuring aid is directed to those with the greatest need. `o` Launched a peer-to-peer student support program during the summer holidays. `o` Initated discussions with stakeholders to identfy needs and interests for

		vocatonal training programs. 3. Impact: `o` Three students graduated from university in 2023. `o` Currently supportng 2 university students. `o` Enrolled 5 new secondary school students, increasing the total number supported to 22. `o` Observed improved grades in students who partcipated in peer-to-peer support sessions. `o` Enhanced awareness of CMLD in the local community and beyond through efectve networking eforts. Challenges: 1. Operatonal Delays: `o` Establishing CMLD with fnancial insttutons took longer than antcipated, delaying project funding eforts. 2. Economic Factors: `o` Devaluaton of the Malawi kwacha and high infaton rates led to signifcant increases in school fees, impactng Malawians' ability to aford educaton. `o` Despite higher exchange rates beneftng the charity, the overall cost of living and educaton expenses for Malawians increased.
