## **How Our Activities Deliver Public Benefit**

This year, KCF UK has actively worked towards fostering inclusivity, supporting individuals facing hardships, and promoting personal and professional development. To strengthen community ties, we conducted monthly gatherings to bring together the Kannadiga community, creating a sense of belonging and support. Recognising the importance of physical and social well-being, we organised sports events to encourage active participation and engagement.

Understanding the Job challenges faced by Kannadiga students, we hosted career welfare programs, providing guidance and resources to help individuals navigate their professional journeys. In addition, we offered financial assistance to students struggling to fulfil their daily needs due to financial constraints, ensuring they have the support required to continue their education.

To promote personal growth and well-being, we held regular spiritual classes, creating a space for learning and reflection. Furthermore, to support students newly arriving in the UK, we provided guidance on adapting to life in a new environment, helping them integrate smoothly into their surroundings. Through these initiatives, KCF UK remains committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and the community.

## **Financial Review**

Planning the financial year was smooth for KCF UK, as all our funds were raised through generous public donations. With a total of £19,432.06 contributed by the community, we were able to successfully conduct regular events, sports activities, and workshops, benefiting our target community. The primary source of funding continues to be public, voluntary contributions received through bank transfers and card machine payments, ensuring steady support for our initiatives.

## **Financial Investment and Reserve Policy**

Having looked at the Reserve Policy, we have developed a Reserve Policy in order to avoid the situation in which the organisation could have insufficient funds to cover the

organisation’s administrative expenses. The Reserve Policy created aims to maintain at least £2000 in reserve for such cases. This is again raised through public, voluntary donations. Due to the limited funds, there are currently no plans for any further investment.

## **Plan for Future Period**

KCF UK will continue fundraising through public donations, charity events, and community gatherings. We aim to maintain sufficient funds to support ongoing activities and urgent needs. Additionally, we will identify areas requiring direct assistance and plan targeted support initiatives.

## **Structure, Governance and Management**

KCF UK is a charitable incorporated organisation registered on 29th March 2023. There is no changes or amendments to governing documents or its structure or management since its registration. There are four trustees in the KCF UK, no new trustees recruited or no retirement from the existing ones.
