PART1-GENERAL DESCRIPTION OFTHE CHARITY'S ACTIVITIESAND IMPACT
Over the18St financial year, Seven Sèeds CIO has been d8dlcated to establishing the Al-BatODI and Ar-Rahma
community centre in the Mokhg district ot Taiz, Yemen, aiming to support and uplift vulnerable communities.
Our work has focused on croating safe, functional. and resour¢&lul community spaces that setve the neads of
local residents, with a particular foeus on educational and basic living amenitles.
Kay A¢hlevement8 ond Actlvltle8:
ommunlty Centre Dovelopment: We successfully rtrfurbished the first halls of both centres by Installing
carpets, tiling, and p8inting, creating 8 comfortab18 environment for community gatherings and educational
sessions.
Sustalnable Energy Solutlon: So18r p8nels wer8 Installed to ensure a r&li8ble and sustainable sourc8 of
electrleity, supporting continuous community activities and education81 progr8ms.
Publlc Facllltle8 and Accommod8tlon: In Al-Batool centfe, we ¢ommon¢ed the establishment of 8 communlty
kitchen and public toilets to serve visitors and community members. Addition811y, accommodation facilities
were set up for supeNisingvolunteer$ to enh8nce their engagement and contribution to community
development.
Educatlonol Inltlatlves: We18unched community classes focusing on adult literacy, particularly for adult
females who face challenges in accessing educational resources. Basic Arabic reading and writing skills were
introduced to empower women with essential communication tools.
Clean Water Project: The successful completion of the water project provided th8 community and centre
members with access to clean waler, significantly improving health and sanitation conditions.

Humanitarian Support: On several occasions, food distributions were organized to support those in need.
promoting community welfare and solidarity.
These initiatives have not only improved living conditions but have also empowered community members
through education and access to basic necessities, fostering a supportive and piogressive environm8nt.
PART 2- CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS
Stakeholders Identlfied: The primary stakeholders for Seven Seeds CIO are..
Residents of the village surroundingthe Al-Batool and Ar-Rahma centres- These include f8milies, adults,
and children who benetit from the community space, educational programs, clean water. and other resources
provided.
Adult females In rural areas-As the primary beneficiaries of our Itteracy programs. these women are
empowered with knowledge and communication skills. enhancing their social and economic participation.
Supetvlslng Volunteer$- Their involvement and feedback play a ciitlC81 rote in enhancingthe effectiveness of
our programs.
Consultatlon and Feedba¢k Mechanism: Currently. we are in the process of implementing a Consultation
and Feedback Report to gather insights and feedback fiom our stakehotders. This initiative aims to:
Collect valu8ble inputto understand the community's evolving needs.
Enhance program effectiveness by aligning activities wirh stakeholder expectations.
Continuously improve our service delivery model.
Current Status: There has been no formal stakeholder consultation held duringthis financial year. However,
informal interactions with beneficiaries have guided our program development. We are committed to
establishing a structured consultation process in the coming year to ensure active community participation and
feeéback integration.

PART3- DIRECTORS. REMUNERATION
No remuneration was received by the directors during this financial year. All members have contributed their
time and efforts voluntarily. demonstcating their dedic8tion to the cause and ensuringthat financi8L iesouices
are directed tOW8rd community development and program implernentation.

No transfer of assets other than forfull consideration has been made duringthis financial year.
PART5- FINANCIAL REVIEW
Income and Funding Sources:
Our funding was primarily sourced from donations and grants aimed at supporting community development
projects, educational initiatives, and inlrastructure improvements.
Expendlture Overvlew:
Refurbishment and Infrastructure Development: Expenses incurred for carpeting. tiling. painting. and solar
system installation in both community centres.
Educational Programs: Costs related to educational materials 8nd resources for literacy eiasses.
Humanitarian Aid: Funds utI￿led for occasional food distribution to community members in need.
Resetves Policy: Seven Seeds CIO maintains a reseNes poli￿ to ensure financial stability and
sustainability. The reserves are strategically altocated to support ongoing projects, respond to emergency
needs, and manage operational costs.

Moving forward. Seven Seeds CIO aims to:
Expand Educational Programs: By increasing the number of literacy classes and introducing skill development
programsto empower more communitymembers.
Complete Community Facllities: Finalize the construction of the kitchen and public toilets in AL-Batool centre.
Enhance Stakeholder Engagement: Implement the Consultation and Feedback Report to actively involve
beneficiaries in program development.
Strengthen Communlty Support: Continue humanitarian aid initiatives to support vulnerable families.

l Accounting Policies
1.1 Accounting Policies
The principal a¢counting policies adopted by the Charity. which is a public benefit entity. in the prepardtion
of the accounts are as follows.
1.2 Basis of preparation
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost conveni10￿ as modified by the inclusion of
charitable properties and fixed asset investments and investment properties at valuation.
These acCOL￿￿tS have been prepared in accordance with"Accouniing and Reporting by Charities.. Statement
of Recommended Practice applicable to ¢harities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Ftnancial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK aud Republic of Ircland (FRS 10?)" {effective l January ?019) -
(Charities SORP {FRS 10?)), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
(FRS 10?) and the Charities Act 2011.
These accounts are presented in pounds sterling and rounded to the nearest tKyund.
1.3 Going concern
The Trustees have prepared fmancial projections, thking into ¢onsid¢ration the current economic conditions
and have, at the time of approving these accounts. a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate
resources to continue in operntional existence for the foresceable future. Thus they continue to adopt the
going concern basis of accounting in preparing the accounts.
