**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF PERSONS CARING FOR PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME (WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR NHS SUPPORT AND DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT RESOURCES FOR PRIVATE CARERS SERVICES) BY OFFERING A RESPITE SERVICE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY-BASED CARE ATTENDANTS IN BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

**Activities:** The purpose of the charity is the relief of persons caring for people with Mid Stage Dementia within the family or home (who do not qualify for NHS support and do not have sufficient resources for private care) in Bucks. Respite community carers will be paid for by the Charity from funds raised, they will be Dementia trained from an organisation under the umbrella of Quality Care Commission,
