The object of the CIO is to advance such charitable purposes laccording to the law of England and Wales) a5
the Trustees see fil from time to lime I'lhe Objects.?. Nothing in the constitution shall authorise an application
of Ihe property of the CIO for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with Section 2 of the
Charities Act 2011.

In setting objectives and planning for activities, the Trustee5 have given undue consideration to general guidance

charity (PB2)'.
Grant maklng
The Truslees meet regulaty to seled appropriate institutions to make donatsons lo. Donations are made wilhoul
any commitment to future funding.
ACMIErfEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Charftable a¢tlviti
The CIO did not make any charitable donations during the period, as it did not receive any donations until the
current financial year when it commenced supporting a wde range of charitable causes.
FINANCIAL REvfEW
Flnanttlal posltlon
The CIO did not receive any donations during the period. however. certain costs were incurred in connection
with ltte adminislratiort of the CIO during the period lo 31 De¢embor 2023 and a$ such these costs are accrued
in these financial slalemen15. Consequently. net movement in funds for the ￿riod amc)unted to £4,505 defidl
giving Tise lo n81 liabilities 01 £4.505 8t the balance sheet date compnsing of entirèly unrestricted funds. This d8fiat
is eliminated in the curr8nt financial ye8T followng signfficant donations recèived from a major trustee.

The Trustees have reviewed the reserves ofthe CIO. In view ol the nature of the CIO'S a¢tiVsty. the TTu3lees are
satisfied that no f(Yrytal level of reserves are required, as donations are onty madtr when there are ¥vai18bl& fund$.
and the CIO does not have any liabilities to mak8 donatsons.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

Basls of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements of the charitable company, which is a public benefrt enlily under FRS 102,
have been prepared in accordance wlh the Charities SORP IFRS 1021 AcGounling and Reporting by

The Trustees have reviewed the reserves of the CIO. In view of the nature of the CIO'S activity. the
Truslees are satisfied that no formal level ol reserves are required, as donation5 are only made when
