**Objects:** 4.1 THE OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) OF THE CIO ARE:(A) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN ENGLAND BY PROVIDING ITEMS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLOTHES, TOYS, AND BABY EQUIPMENT TO INFANTS AND CHILDREN; AND (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF CARE FOR NEW-BORNS AND YOUNG CHILDREN.

**Activities:** We are a non-profit baby charity committed to helping families in need by providing essential baby and children&#x27;s items. We collect donations of new and gently used baby items such as clothing, diapers, baby equipment from individuals, local businesses, and community organisations mostly in the Reading and Wokingham area. These items are then gifted through referrals received from our partners.
