Additional bible studies were held<br>fortnightly on Thursday nights. We also held<br>regular Tuesday prayer meetings on Zoom.<br>During the Advent and Lent seasons, we held<br>weekly meetings using printed study materials<br>specially prepared for the seasons. These<br>meetings were free and open to whoever wished<br>to attend. During these seasons we held special<br>Christmas and Easter parties/meals open to all<br>who wished to attend. All meetings are publicised<br>on our website, through printed invitations and by<br>word of mouth.<br>Children and Young People’s work were carried<br>out during our Sunday meetings by qualified<br>members of the church.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements<br>of<br>the<br>charity, identifying the<br>difference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances<br>of<br>its<br>beneficiaries and any<br>wider benefits to society<br>as a whole.|Para 1.20|Our regular Sunday and weekly meetings provide<br>the platform for people who attend to express<br>their worship to God, develop close friendships<br>with people, receive biblical teachings, share<br>meals and give feedback on how their faith is<br>reflected in their relationships and life’s works.<br>These meetings are also fostering a healthy<br>sense of community, helping members to receive<br>support, when needed, and also offer support to<br>others within the church and wider community.<br>During the year, we ensured that all trustees and<br>people who work with children and young people<br>were DBS certified. They also attended a certified<br>training provided by_thirtyone:eight_. All our food<br>handlers also attended a certification training on<br>food safety.<br>The church is involved in food collection and<br>distribution to some of its members and some<br>immigrants within the wider Elmbridge community<br>as they try to integrate.<br>During the Christmas of 2023, we worked in<br>collaboration with the charity_Weybridge CAN_to<br>sponsor<br>and<br>distribute<br>hampers<br>to<br>some<br>immigrants in Elmbridge. Most of these were<br>immigrants from Ukraine. The hampers were very<br>well received, and we will be doing more in 2024,<br>as we have identified more people who need<br>them.<br>One of the other areas of work we carry out with<br>immigrants is through our Friendship programme.<br>Certified leaders have continued to come<br>alongside immigrant families to help them settle<br>and integrate into the community.<br>During the year the church became a member of<br>Churches Together in Weybridge. We also<br>worked with the Weybridge Methodist church to<br>organise an all-age Easter service.|
