## _24/25 Minutes_
## **Dartford Royals Football Club – Jul 24 AGM minutes**
**Apologies:** Lee Metcalfe, Neil Brunsdon, Andy Bishop **Minutes from last meeting:**
Darren Baker proposed the 22/23 accounts, Dave Williams seconded them. **Chairmans Report:**
- Dave explained the reasons we are moving to SELkent. One of the reasons is how John is treated.
- Dave explained Erith
- Dave explained Acacia
## **Trustees:**
4 trustees all voted in again, remaining 4 were elected in again Darren Baker proposed, and Spencer Coop seconded
## **Questions:**
Dave went through all questions that were sent in
## **Other:**
Parent spoke about bullying. Committee explained the process. Parent wasn’t aware of our process so wouldn’t of done anything at the time. Parent was happy with our process in place and will bear in mind should any issues arise again in the future.
Steve Bishop asked about a Steering Group. The Committee agreed to take it away to discuss. Steve agreed to put a plan together.

**A Big Thank You to Neil !!!** Neil - is stepping down from the committee after playing a huge part over the years in all things fundraising. He’s also the beautiful voice you all know and love from Presentation Day! We want to thank him for everything he’s done for the club. While he’s stepping back from official committee duties, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to hear his voice (and enjoy his legendary playlists) at our upcoming fundraising events!
