NONE OF THE CHARITY'S ACTIONS WILL CONFLICT WITH THE AIMS, ETHOS OR PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** To help conserve, maintain, and improve the fabric, furnishings and fittings of St Mary's Church, Churchyard and the Old Grammar School, walton and to: 1. support the upkeep of the buildings and their grounds; 2. foster public interest in the buildings and their grounds.
