**Activities:** The objects of Access Alternatives are for the public benefit the promotion of equality and diversity in the financial services sector by funding recognised industry qualifications, work experience, internships and personal development opportunities for numerate women from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to address the underrepresentation of such women in the sector.
