## **Principal activity**
The objective of the CIO is the advancement of any exclusively charitable purpose according to the law of England and Wales that the charity Trustees may in their absolute discretion determine from time to time.
## **Public benefit**
We confirm that the Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit, in deciding on the activities of the CIO.
## **Structure, Governance and Management**
The CIO is incorporated and governed by its own governing document.
The trustees have overall control and responsibility for policy and major decision making.
