**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AFRO-CARIBBEAN MALES THROUGHOUT THE UK BY:THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO ACCESS COUNSELLING SERVICES; ANDTHE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** We provide counselling sessions to males in need of someone to talk to help support their mental health and in aim to reduce the risk of suicide
