## **Structure, Governance and Objectives** 

The Holy Trinity Christ Ministry C&S was set up on 7th March 2023 as a religious organization. The charity's goal is to promote Christianity in line with its statement of faith in the ways and locations throughout the United Kingdom or the world that the trustees deem appropriate. It also aims to accomplish other goals that are solely charitable under English and Welsh law and related to the church's charitable endeavors. 

## **Activities** 

Every year, we assess our goals, objectives, and operations. This assessment examines our accomplishments and the results of our labour over the last 12 months. The report examines the effectiveness of each major initiative and the advantages they have provided to the populations we are intended to assist. 

The review also assists us in making sure that our goals, objectives, and actions stay true to our declared purposes. When examining our goals and objectives, as well as planning future actions, we considered the charity commission's general guidance on public benefits. In particular, the trustees assess how planned actions will contribute to the goals and objectives they have established. 

## **How our activities provide public benefit.** 

All of our philanthropic operations are centred on the development of the Christian religion and the alleviation of poverty and illness. 

a. Ministering to people's spiritual needs on a weekly basis through bible studies, prayer groups, counselling sessions, and healing gatherings. 

b. Our ministry and church's primary objective is soul-winning outreach

The Trustees have complied with their duty to spend the fund for public benefit, as stated when seeking for charity status. 

## **Risks and Policies** 

The major assessed risks would come from Safety and Safeguarding issues. The future activities will be designed fully to be in compliance The Holy Trinity Christ Ministry C&S. 

## **Source of funding** 

The charity's primary funding source is currently donations and gifts from congregants collected through the offering basket during evangelical programs.
