Report of the trustees for the year ended 31 March 2025 

The trustees present their annual report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025. 

## **The charity was dormant during this period with no income or expenditure.** 

The charity was formed with the intention of bringing together the charitable work done by a number of charities and other not-for-profit organisations delivering projects within its charitable objects. The process of agreeing the structure and priorities of the new organisation has taken longer than originally anticipated. 

The trustees resolved not to accept donations or generate income in other ways until these issues have been resolved, and renewed that resolution during this financial year. 

Further progress was made during early 2025, and following the end of the year to which this report relates. We have agreed a memorandum of understanding with two of the organisations referred to above. We anticipate that there will be more to report for the coming year.
