Report of the trustees for the year ended 31 March 2024
The trustees present their annual report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The charity was dormant during this period with no income or expenditure.
The charity was formed with the intention of bringing together the charitable work done by a number of charities and other not-for-profit organisations delivering projects within its charitable objects. The process of agreeing the structure and priorities of the new organisation has taken longer than originally anticipated. The trustees resolved not to accept donations or generate income in other ways until these issues have been resolved.
Significant progress was made during the latter part of 2024 and we anticipate that there will be more to report for the next accounting year.
