for the use of the inhabitants of Wilpshire
Salesbury and Clayton-le- Dale in the County of
Lancashire without distncton of politcal,

(b) other forms of recreaton and leisure-
tme occupaton, with the object of
improving the conditons of life for the
inhabitants.

Trustees are in the process of transferring all
assets which includes HMLR formally moving
ownership of the hall and its estate to the CIO.
This process has yet to be completed so the
CIO currentlyhas no assets or actvites.
