The CIO was registered on the 6thMarch 2023 with the aim of transferring the assets of our current Charity, Salesbury Memorial Hall (reg. nos 512853), to it and then closing that Charity. Trustees are in the process of transferring all assets which includes HMLR formally moving ownership of the hall and its estate to the CIO. This process has yet to be completed so the CIO currentlyhas no assets or actvites. |
