## **Objectives and activities**

- Succeeded in providing a museum as described in our objects

   - The acquisition of the bronze hoard from the British Museum and receiving a grant from the NVAT (Nene Valley Archaeological Trust) to help with the purchase of the hoard. 

   - An increase in the income from the previous year.  Putting on the exhibition of selected items from the Museum storeroom. 

## **Financial review** 

The COIF Charities Deposit Fund is regarded as the Museum’s **Brief statement of the** contingency fund to help deal with unexpected events. At the end of **charity’s policy on reserves** 2023 it had £10,576. The Barclays no 1 (Friends) account is an account setup to deposit the generous donations from the Friends of the Museum. It is used to help fund special activities that may be arranged from time to time. At the end of 2023 it had £14,551. **Details of any funds** None **materially in deficit**
