**Objects:** For the public bene?t, to advance in life and relieve the needs of vulnerable young people between the ages of 5 – 18 years old primarily “at risk” of or have already been excluded from mainstream school through:(a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;(b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

**Activities:** To improve the outcomes and prospects of vulnerable, disadvantaged and troubled young people by changing the direction they are heading in, helping them back into improved mental health, training, school, employment, and ultimately, social inclusion with the Suffolk community
