Collaborative work with trustees of 18 schools to write and publish a Charter with Vision of education statement for these schools; Conference of Members, trustees, with Headteachers, Chairs of governors for commissioning and commitment ceremony; Strategic Planning day conference; collaborative planning for establishing a Catholic Multi Academy Trust inspired by the Education Vision of Gaudete.
