## TRUSTEES REPORT 

This first trustees report covers the period from inception to the end of the first financial year December 2023. 

Achievements 

Successfully registered as a Charity, set up bank accounts, and carried out the necessary registrations with HMRC. 

Committee met 3 times since inception 

Set up a webpage and guidance for applicants for funding.  One successful bid in the year 

Priorities of  the coming year,  to build on publicity to attract donors and invitations for grants.  Identify and partner with local choirs and music groups to promote the foundation.
