The Blaise High School Trust is a Charltable Incorporated Organlsatlon, whkh was registered
by the Charity Commission on 14 February 2023. It has a trustee Board. which wa5 appointed
on incorporation.
Actfvltles and Athlevements
The trustees have Ilalsed with the trustees Of The Henbury School Trust. the charity wlth
slmllar aims of supporting the predece550r school. to transfer a significant proportion of its
a$5etS to The Bla15e High School Trust.
The trustees have also been in dlscusslon with the mana8ement of Blaise hl8h School to
dlscuss what assi5tan¢e is needed.
Future Plans
The trustees are lookin8 to complete the transfer of the assets from the aforementioned
charity and rnake a grant to Blalse High School. In Ilne wlth the alrns and oblertlves.

public benefft.

The financlal statements show a surplu5 for the year arKI total reserves of £277,217, of

(the Trust) for the year ended 31 Au8USt 2024.
As the charlty trustees of the Charlty you are responsSble for the preparatlon of the accounts
In accordance with the requirements of the Charttie5 Art 2011 (The Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charlty's accounts carried out under section 145
of the 2011 Art and In carryin8 Out my examlnatlon I have followed all the appllcable
Dlrectlons given by the Charity Commiysion under section 145151{b) of the Art.
Slnce the Charfty's gross Income exceeded £250.CW your examlner moat be a membef of
body Ilsted In sectlon 145 of the 2011Art. I confirm that l am quallfied to undertake the
examlnatlon because l am a member of the Inst7tute of Chartered Accountants In England
and Wale5. which Is one of the Ilsted bodies

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention, modified by the
revaluation of fixed asset investments and in accordance the Statement of Recommended
Practice . Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance
wlth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republlc of Ireland
{FRS 1021 issued in Octobef 2019, and with the Charit*s Art 2011.
Flxed asset Investments In quoted shares, traded bonds and simllar Investments are
valued Inltially al cost and subsequently at their market value at the year end.
