The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Foundation, registered with the Charity Commission on 08/02/2023. The trustees are legally responsible for the governance and management of the charity. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charity's objects are: 

## Religious activities 

During the financial period covered by this report, the charity remained dormant and did not carry out any active operations. The trustees are currently exploring opportunities to   launch a project to achieve these objectives in the upcoming year. 

## **Financial Review** 

During the period ended 08/12/2024, the charity had dormant accounts. There was no income or expenditure, and the charity held no funds or assets at the end of the financial year. The trustees continue to monitor the administration of the charity to ensure all statutory requirements are met.
