**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SCHOOL ESSENTIALS, FOOD VOUCHERS, SEASONAL GIFTS, SANITARY PRODUCTS, AND SUCH OTHER ITEMS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.

**Activities:** Activities:Sedulo Foundation conducts 3 main campaigns annually. We work with charities and youth clubs local to our Sedulo Group offices in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, London. to identify children and young people who would benefit, we then distribute via these charities, so do not have direct contact with the young people ourselves. We also issue grants as appropriate.
