**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN EPPING FOREST WHO HAVE BEEN IN-PATIENTS IN AN ACUTE PSYCHIATRIC WARD AND ARE NOW REBUILDING THEIR LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY BY:A. PROMOTING A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT WITHIN OPEN DOOR FRIENDSHIP GROUP;B. WORKING TO ENHANCE CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM THROUGH THE SUPPORT OF VOLUNTEERS; ANDC. OFFERING PLANNED ACTIVITIES PRESENTED IN A RELAXED, INFORMAL SETTING.

**Activities:** We provide an annual programme of activities for members. These are listed in a bi monthly newsletter. These activities include art and craft, physical , cultural, visits, visiting speakers. Other than the outside visits all the aforementioned activities take place in St Michael and All Angels Church Hall. Our main objectives with these activities is to give our members raised self esteem.
