communities In India with a particular focus on eye care. The chartty provides financial
asslstance for medical treatment for people suffering frorn blindne55 and other eye
conditlons and supports the provision of eye care faalities and equipment to iEuprove
access to treatmenL

positlon for the period from l April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
2. Trustee Statement
The trustees confirni that they have acted in accordance with their duties under charity law
and have ensured thatTARA CARE UK continued to operate in support of its charitable
objectives throughout the reporting period.
Duringthe year, the trustees focused on maintaining effecttve oversight of the charity,
safeguarding its resources. and ensuring that fi￿d5 held were managed pnjdendy and in
line with the cbaritys puryoses.
3. Objectives and Activities
Mission and Purpose:
TARA CARE UK'S mlssion is to support poor and vulnerdble individuals in India by enabling
access to essential eye care services, includiDg catarartsurgery and related treattnents, and
by supporting eye care infrastructure. The charity also seeks to support the welfare of
elderly IndividuaIs living in poverty.
Artivlties During the Year:
Durin% the reporting period, the CharIt￿S ac17vities focused primarily on maintsining
relationships with partner organisations, monitoring previously supported initiatives, and
planlling future programmes.

4. Review of Achievements aftd Public Benefit
