Quorum** The Chair noted that a quorum was present and declared the meeting duly convened and constituted. ## **2. Declarations of Interest** No interests were declared. ## **3. Banking Arrangements** The trustees noted that the charity has not yet opened a bank account. Mr Miller reported sustained difficulty securing a suitable account, with most high-street providers declining applications or requiring conditions the charity cannot presently meet (e.g., regular receipts or monthly fee thresholds). Action: Mr Miller will continue to pursue banking options and report progress by September 2026. ## **4. Financial Position for the Reporting Period [start–end dates]** The trustees noted that income for the period was £0 and expenditure for the period was £0, as set out in the attached schedule. **RESOLVED** supporting handout (attached). ## **5. Operational Status** The trustees discussed the implications of operating without a bank account. **RESOLVED:** The charity shall remain dormant until suitable banking arrangements are established. While dormant, the charity will not enter into contracts, incur expenditure, or accept funds (other than any unavoidable compliance costs), and will maintain all statutory filings as required. **Action:** dormant status are completed by October 2026. ## **6.
