## **Meeting minutes** 

1. Mr Miller thanks all those involved with the setting up of the charity before and since its registration on 09 February 2023. Mr Miller reported that the charity is yet to undertake any work due to a number of reason, primarily the issues regarding opening a bank account, this has been extremely difficult with most high street banks not offering accounts. Mr Miller continues to pursue this. 

2. Mr Miller informed the meeting that Mr J Chamberlain has left the charity as a trustee and will no longer be involved. Mr Miller thanked Mr Chamberlain for all of his had work in helping to set up the charity and wished him well for his future endeavours. 

3. The charity received £0 income for the current reporting period and spent £0 for the current reporting period, as illustrated by the handout (attached to this document). 

4. was also agreed that the trustees would investigate what grants are available to help the charity with its work around men’s mental health, fitness and general wellbeing. 

5. No matters arising. 

The next AGM shall be Sunday September 21[st] 2025. The location TBC
