c. Financial update for year ending 31 Dec 2023:
2023 shows an opening balance of £2,058 with total income of £14,253.99 and expenditure of £8289.01 leaving a closing balance of £8,022.98. Against this there are further estimated adjustments of £7,930 to be made as shown at the end of document LGP 01 2023 – leaving a closing balance of just £92.87.
Given the potential small closing balance, a partner church has kindly assured us that the conference costs due in 2024, notably the Ashburnham second deposit, will be covered either by them or by deferring the allocation of financial adjustments.
