**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN AND DEVELOPCHAPEL STREET CEMETERY FOR ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:1. TO PROMOTE THE USE OF THE CEMETERY AS A PUBLIC BURIAL GROUND;2. TO SECURE THE REPAIR RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE CEMETERY, ITS MONUMENTS AND BUILDINGS AND OTHER ARTEFACTS AND THEIR SETTING AS A PLACE OF HISTORIC AND OTHER INTEREST AND BEAUTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC OF THE LOCAL SIGNIFICANCE AND SOCIAL, INDUSTRIAL HISTORY OF THE LOCAL AREA AND ALSO THE BIODIVERSITY ASPECTS WITHIN IT.

**Activities:** This charity consists of a group of volunteers that are restoring a Victorian cemetery by repairing graves, making safe access to individual graves, planting flowers and providing a welcoming and peaceful  place for the public to enjoy.  The cemetery is in the village of Eccleshill, Bradford, West Yorkshire.
