Objects: To Advance The Education Of Children And Young People In The London Borough Of Hackney And Surrounding Areas By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities And Resources Not Normally Provided By The Local Authority, In Particular Provisions For Use In The Teaching Of Arts And Crafts.
